The Chautauqua is actually a duplex.  The first floor is totally self contained with its own Garage, Laundry, Oceanside Decks &  shower. It has 2 bedrooms (1 with Queen and 1 with King & Rollout Single a fold out Ottoman).  Rent it separately or together with the Main house which sleeps 15. 

 

The look is totally different.  All STONE floors. Even the walls on the Porch are stone.  

 

It has everything you need for the ULTIMATE beach experience.....Best Beach.....Best Location.....Best House.

There is one large Greatroom. Open to the Kitchen and Dining with a Flat Screen Plasma TV on the wall. Library and Games below. There is a full Couch and an Ottoman that folds out into a SINGLE. It is amazing how an entire Bed fits in there.  Plus a game table that double as an end table.  It is full of games. Be sure and look inside.  Just like the Main House evertying was lovingly REBUILT in 2005/2006 from the studs up. ALL IS NEW! New Kitchen, New Elec/Plumbing/ Drywall/Windows-Everything NEW & 1st Class. 

The Kitchen is actually larger than the main house. All Stainless appliances with a long Glass Block under cabinet window. Great light! Fully equipped. Stainless SMOOTH top stove and Stainless Frig and Dishwasher - GRANITE counter tops  - There is a full set of dishes and pots and pans - Coffee Maker - Toaster - Microwave - Free Telephone and longdistance with portables so you can sit on the porch and talk.

There is even an extra Pub Table in the corner. Great for games or extra seating. Plus another table out on the covered deck for morning coffee.

A covered porch runs the length of the first floor extending the living space outdoor. Opening off the Greatroom and Master it is all Stone - Floors and walls.  Complete with Sofa, Stuffed Chairs and Extra Table it makes a great place to soak in the sound of the surf protected from the sun. 

Off the Kitchen there is a covered outdoor cooking area with Granite Topped Charcoal Grill.  (We moved this Stainless one out on the grass. I need a new photo).

There is an Antique Kitchen sink next to the Shower which makes a great place to clean up your shells.

The View out the Kitchen window shows the path to the Beach.  The Ocean is just at the top of the Dunes.  No long Catwalks to deal with. The ocean is right at your door.

When staying on the first floor you have your own one car garage with push button door. There are Beach Chairs and Towels and plenty of ocean toys for the little ones.
