Not only are these the BEST HOMES.  This is the BEST BEACH. They vary widely so I’ll try to point out the differences.

1st- The SAND IS LIKE POWDER not coarse ground up shells like Vilano/PV beaches.

2nd -The OCEAN IS AT YOUR DOORSTEP – No long, raised boardwalk with a 5 minute walk across the dunes to navigate w/coolers/ chairs/floats/blankets like Atlantic Blvd to the south.

3rd- There are NO CARS on the beach. Be careful, everything south of A street has cars on the beach. Imagine trying to play paddle ball w/cars continually passing by & being on constant baby alert.

4th -The Beach is WIDE, level & private - no steep, narrow beaches with rocks in the surf and not big parking lots where people can pile in.

5th - BEST WAVES. The kids will love it. We provide Boogie Boards & for the more daring you can rent surf boards at Pit Surf Shop on 1st Lane. The locals consider it the BEST SURF beach & I have a 24 hr website with LIVE WAVES shot from MY DECK. Call for web address.

6th - EVERYTHING within WALKING DISTANCE. This may be my favorite difference. There are so many wonderful Restaurants within walking distance it is hard to believe. See the Map. I tried to highlight my favorite but hands down you have to try Sunset Grill on 15th Street!.
